SARASOTA, FL — EDSA, INC.
UTC East District is a commercial office campus in Sarasota, FL, featuring two identical office buildings offset from one another. The landscape design includes a permeable pavement tree grove seating area, providing a space for workers to take breaks, enjoy lunch, or take meetings outside. To enhance comfort and
functionality, we incorporated abundant seating and shading elements, as well as a water wall that provides a cooling effect and serves as a noise buffer from the adjacent highway. Additionally, the site features a sloped event lawn with integrated lighting and a shaded outdoor kitchen to accommodate a variety of events.
